La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Cleburne

Staff here are so friendly and definitely warm welcoming!! 5 stars!!! The rooms however need some work for being a Hilton...there was a funny smell in the room when entering for the 1st time and there was a huge dip in the floor under the air conditioning unit that almost feels like you could fall through to the next floor if you walk to hard there (Room 218). There were also a few light bulbs out on the bathroom and that could make or break a good makeup day. Hotel and rooms were very clean though!

My parents were in town from Mississippi. They stayed their first couple days at the LA Quinta in Alvarado as that's their usual spot when Visiting. They said their stay wasn't as nice as before there, so I showed them yours in Cleburne as I live in Cleburne. They loved your hotel. They were pleased with your rooms and your rates. Also that they were on the bottom floor not far to walk for them. They are both in their 70's now. Thank you for taking good care of them while they were in town.

The beds and pillows were soft and comfy. The air was cool and the showers were hot. The husband and kiddo tore up the breakfast making Texas waffles and drinking up the juice. I booked the room because of the pool which was not working which is why I gave only 4 stars they said they just have a few maintenance things to take care of and should have it up by next week. It looked cleaned and inviting so sad couldn’t get in it. The staff was friendly and helpful. Overall very nice stay and will do it again when we are on this side of town.

The room was clean and I love the location in downtown. Joyce at the front desk was absolutely wonderful helping us check in and for having patience with us while we sorted out how were were paying. (We forgot La Quinta doesn't accept pre-paid debit cards, our bad entirely) she went above and beyond and we'll definitely be coming back. Me and my husband would love to come back and help with the fences as well Fantastic as usual

Stayed here in June and again, this past wkend (July). Very reasonably priced. Rooms were very clean both times. Even the carpet was clean. I read other reviews stating there were bugs and dirty rooms. I did not see any of that. The whole place was clean. The staff was all very friendly too. The rooms are larger than standard hotel rooms. Our rooms have been very comfortable both times. Everything in the rooms worked. There is some minor wear and tear in various places in the hotel, but it's more cosmetic stuff. Nothing major. The breakfast is very light and there is no coffee maker in the room, but there are mini-fridges and microwaves in the rooms. The pool was out due to maintenance. None of which was a deal breaker for us. Dairy Queen and Grumpy Burger is just steps away. There definitely were no bugs as some have reported. We will stay again.

Would have rated this place 5 stars if there was coffee in the rooms. Someone had to get dressed first thing every morning to go to the dining room to get coffee. The room was a little musty smelling. Needed a good airing out. Otherwise it was a clean and comfortable room. Breakfast was good. I liked the Texas-shaped waffles.

Well I stay here at this hotel A couple of years ago and I liked the to tell, but the lady who was at the front desk was horrible and her customer service was horrible and she was rude. But let me tell you yesterday. I had a manic Monday and. I walked into La Quinta and delete and the lady at the front Desk immediately. Address me and welcomes me and our customer service was excellent and she really. Make me feel welcome. Come and it was nice to have someone with good customer service skills. And that wasn't rude, and that was so pleasant and helpful. So I really appreciate that. Especially when you're having a horrible day. It was really nice and much appreciated. So I give this hotel a 5 stars and that is all due to the nice lady up front. I wish I knew her name, but how about you? Go and see her and find out LO. L. Besides that, the rooms were clean and excellent.So all the way around this place was a good stay

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The accommodations were very nice and the price per day was the best I found. When I go back to that area it will be my first and hopefully only consideration. Thanks LA Quinta. Walter Clark
